One person was taken to a Duluth hospital after allegedly being assaulted with a cane Sunday night.
Duluth police officers tasered a suspect, who was arrested.
Officers responded to a report of the assault on the 300 block of North Fourth Avenue West shortly after 10 p.m. The victim was conscious and alert before being transported to the hospital.
