MY PARENTS CHOSE THIS NAME BECAUSE: Linnea is Mom's Swedish grandma's middle name, and Linnea borealis is the scientific name for twinflower, which grows on the forest floor. They liked the name for both these reasons. My middle name is for my grandma Ellen.
