The Hibbing Chisholm PeeWee A hockey team wrapped up the 2020-21 regular season on March 1 with a win over Virginia. With 29 wins and 4 losses, they were rated the No. 1 PeeWee A in the state of Minnesota. The Hibbing/Chisholm PeeWee A hockey team, coached by Pat Iozzo, Ryan Hanegmon, Phil McDonald and John Rue, won the district championship game at the Hibbing Memorial Arena with a win against Eveleth-Gilbert. At regions, the team defeated Warroad and Moorhead and made it to the regional championship game against East Grand Forks, where they won 6-3. The team will travel to Monticello, Minnesota, for the state tournament.

Team members include: Aaden Folstad, Jackson Strukel, Brayden Rewertz, Isaiah Hildenbrand, Ethan Sundvall, Kelin Elsner, Joey Gabardi, Dylan Vesel, Whitaker Rewertz, Hunter Gustavsson, Ben Galli, Tate Swanson, Mason McDonald, Gavin Schweiberger, Landon Krampotich, Cole Swanson, Gavin Lamphere. Manager: Kent Swanson.

Thanks to Jay Hildenbrand, father of Isaiah Hildenbrand, all the grandmas, grandpas, extended family and community members could catch the games via Facebook Live.
