University of Minnesota to host virtual gardening series

The University of Minnesota Extension is launching "Gardening from the Ground Up" — four days of free content on starting your garden from scratch, plant selection, shrub and tree maintenance and more.

The webinar series is slated for 1-2:30 p.m. Feb. 16-19.

Extension educators from around Minnesota will present on plant propagation, pest management and more. Among them are Troy Salzer, of St. Louis County, and Robin Trott, of Douglas County.
