  • Carlton High School is banding together to save the Carlton VFW Post #2962, a community staple that has been open since 1934. It's in danger of closing due to lost revenue from the COVID-19 pandemic. A GoFundMe page, Save the Carlton VFW, has been sent up with a goal of raising $10,000 in hopes of saving the Post and preserving it for years to come.

  • AEOA's Meals on Wheels program is in need of volunteer drivers on Tuesdays and every other Friday. Delivery times begin between 9:30-10 a.m. with an approximate delivery time of 1 to 1½ hours.
