Drew Digby, executive director of the Arrowhead Regional Arts Council, has been elected president of the Forum of Regional Arts Councils of Minnesota.

The forum represents Minnesota-based regional arts councils, which distribute grant money from the State General Fund, the Minnesota Arts Legacy Funds and the McKnight Foundation.

Digby’s sector is Northeastern Minnesota, and he’s been in the position since 2017.
