The School of the Minnesota Ballet will offer its traditional Saturday Sampler in the ballet’s studios at the Depot, 506 W. Michigan St., on Sept. 8. It’s a chance for potential students to try a class free of charge and new students to be evaluated for placement in appropriate class levels. No dance clothes are needed for the sampler, just comfortable clothing.
Registration is open for fall semester, which runs Sept. 10-Jan. 12. The school offers a variety of classes for ages 3 to adult, including a class for children with physical or developmental challenges. Call the school at (218) 529-3742 or visit mnballet.org for more information.
