Approved the Consent Agenda: Approved Minutes of Board Meetings: Regular School Board Meeting 11/16/21, Special (FY22 Calendar Change) 12/07/21, Special (Negotiations) 12/09/21 Resolutions: B-12-21-3855 - Acceptance of Donations to Duluth Public Schools; B-12-21-3856 – Certified Tax Levy 2021 Payable 2022; Human Resources portion of the Human Resources/Finance Committee Report as follows: Staffing Report: Certified: Appointments, Leaves, Permanent Increase/Decrease in Contracts, Retirements, Resignations, Long Term Substitutes, and Temporary Increase/Decrease in Contracts.
