HOUSING & REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF DULUTH, MN REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS HEARING OFFICER SERVICES The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Duluth, MN (HRA) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals/entities to provide Hearing Officer Services for providing housing applicants and residents the opportunity for a hearing and/or due process review of decisions that may adversely affect their housing assistance. The engagement period is one (1) year with a possible two (2) one year extensions. All RFP documents must be submitted in writing on or before 2:00 P.M.
