Project includes demolition of the existing facilities, including a wet-pit/dry-pit, installation of new valve vault, wet well, 24-inch diameter sanitary sewer, maintenance holes, prefabricated buildings, surge tank, temporary conveyance of wastewater, erosion control, pavement removal and restoration as indicated in the Contract Documents. Representatives of the Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the project. A site tour will be conducted as part of the mandatory preBid conference. During the mandatory pre-Bid conference, prospective bidders will have the opportunity to ask questions relating to bidding or constructing the work under this contract.
