The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Duluth, MN (HRA) will begin the HUD-required 45-day public review and comment period regarding the HRA's 2020 Public Housing Agency Annual & Five-Year Plan and an Amendment to its Public Housing Capital Fund 5 Year Plan (2018-2022) on Monday, July 6, 2020. The plans as well as the Capital Fund amendment will be available for review at the HRA's Central Administrative Office located at 222 East 2nd Street, Duluth, MN between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, for the period beginning Monday, July 6, 2020 through Wednesday, August 19, 2020. A copy of the plans and amendment will made available to read on-site and you may leave written comments regarding these documents which will be submitted to the HRA Board of Commissioners for consideration. A public hearing will also be held regarding the Public Housing Agency Annual & Five-Year Plan as well as the Public Housing Capital Fund 5-Year Plan (2018-2022) Amendment on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the same location, in the second floor community room.
