St. Louis County Board of
Commissioners

Notice is hereby given that the St. Louis County Board of Commissioners will continue a public hearing on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, at 9:45 a.m., to consider the cartway petition of Timothy R. Westby a/k/a Tim Westby on behalf of SW2, LLC.
The hearing will be conducted by telephone or other electronic means as it is not feasible to have commissioners, staff, and/or members of the public present at the regular meeting location due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the declared emergencies. Some or all members of the St. Louis County Board will attend the meeting by telephone or other electronic means.
To accommodate the use of telephonic or other electronic means, the St. Louis County Board of Commissioners will convene beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 and the meeting will be conducted from the Liz Prebich Conference Room, Virginia Government Services Center, 201 South 3rd Avenue West, Virginia, MN.
