NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that default has occurred in the conditions of a mortgage dated July 5, 2017, executed by Easy Street Place, LLC and Prosperity House, LLC and Cedar Grove, LLC all Minnesota Limited Liability Companies as mortgagors to Great North Capital Consultants, Inc. a Minnesota corporation as mortgagee in the original or maximum principal amount of One Hundred Fifteen Thousand and 00/100 ($115,000.00) Dollars, recorded with the St. Louis County Registrar of Titles, State of Minnesota, on 9/20/2017 as doc. no. 989969.0 and the St. Louis County Recorder, State of Minnesota on 10/03/2017, as doc no. 01319194; that there has been compliance with all notice provisions and conditions precedent as required by law; that no action or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover any part of the debt secured by said mortgage;
