IT IS ORDERED, that the Petition will be heard on June 2, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. by this Court at 100 North 5th Avenue West, Duluth, Minnesota 55802.
Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and no objections are filed or raised, the Court may issue a decree distributing or assigning the Estate's assets.
