The Duluth Transit Authority is seeking Statement of Qualifications from individuals or firms to provide Fuel Tank Replacement Installation Observation Services in anticipation of a fuel tank replacement project. Responses are due, on or before 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2020.
