The Duluth Transit Authority hereby requests sealed bids to refurbish the DTA's Park and Ride lot located at 3950 Calvary Road E. Rice Lake, MN 55803. Scope of work includes demolition and resurfacing the parking lot, installing curbs, installing LED lights, striping and landscaping.
