Notice is hereby given that the Duluth Planning Commission will have a meeting and conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, starting at 5:00 p.m. in Room 330 on the third floor City of Duluth City Hall (adjacent to the Council Chambers), and will consider the following item:
PL 19-157 Preliminary Plat of 56 Acres at the NE Corner of Haines Road and Arrowhead Road To Become the Kirkland Addition.
