ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS LAKE COUNTY ATV TRAIL EMERGENCY RESPONSE SUPPORT LAKE COUNTY LAKE COUNTY, MN The Lake County will receive and accept bids ONLY through QuestCDN.com via the online electronic bid service (QuestvBid) for the construction of Lake County ATV Trail Emergency Response Support until 2:00 pm on 09/12/2022. All bids will be downloaded and publicly read aloud during a virtual public bid opening that will be held at the day and time of the bid closing. All planholders will receive information via Quest on how to join the virtual meeting prior to the bid opening. The work for which bids are asked includes the following: Repair of storm damaged trails and culverts on the Lake County ATV trails The anticipated substantial completion date is Oct 1, 2022 and final completion date is Oct 15, 2022. Funding, in whole or in part, for this Project is through a Public Assistance Program grant from FEMA therefore all provisions of 2 CFR §§ 200.317 through 200.326 under the Uniform Administrative Requirements (“Uniform Rules”) apply to this Project.
