Larson, Kowalik
JoLissa Larson and Shane Kowalik, both of South Range, were married Oct. 6 at Lutsen Resort in Lutsen.
Her parents are Scott Larson of Superior and Mary Larson of Poplar. His parents are Daniel and Joyce Kowalik of South Range.
The bride, a 2002 graduate of Northwestern High School in Maple, graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in psychology and is pursuing a master's degree in management from the College of St. Scholastica. She is employed by the Duluth News Tribune.
The groom, a 1999 graduate of Superior Senior High School, graduated from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College in Superior in 2001 with a vocational certificate in industrial maintenance. He works for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad in Superior.
