OUR GREAT-GRANDPARENTS ARE: The late Cedric and Evangeline Smithline, Charles and Veldron Stockham and Chester and Nancy Pawielski.

OUR PARENTS CHOSE THESE NAMES BECAUSE: They came across Norri in a book of mythology and loved it instantly. They had another name picked out for Laina, but when she was born it didn't seem right so she was nameless for three days until they both fell in love with the name Laina.

PARENTS' WISH OR ADVICE: We hope you become the truest of friends as sisters and stand by each other through tick and thin. Seek out your dreams and never let anything get in your way. We all love you.

SOMETHING SPECIAL: Mommy went full-term and then some and had two beautiful, full-size babies. The doctor wanted to do a Caesarean section at 38 weeks, but Mommy and Daddy wanted to hold out for labor, which by 42 weeks still hadn't come. Mommy was comfortable and loving be-ing pregnant, but our doctor was stressing out so we decided to have the Caesarean section on the summer solstice; there was no better day for welcoming our beautiful baby girls.
