Kelly Kinnunen and Edward Blegen Jr., both of Superior, were married July 11 in Hope United Methodist Church in Duluth.
Her parents are Carol Kinnunen of Duluth and the late Jeff Kinnunen. His parents are Jackie Gordon of Duluth and Edward Blegen Sr. of Plymouth, Minn.
The bride chose Natalie Ronn as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Amy Miller, Melissa Ericson, Tiffany Miller and Erin Wakefield. Kate Vizanko was flower girl.
The groom chose his father, Edward Blegen Sr., as best man. Groomsmen were Robin Overby, Eric Hunter, Rob Robinson and David Larson. Brody Vizanko was ring bearer.
The bride, a 2002 graduate of Duluth Central High School, graduated from Wiconsin Indianhead Technical College in Superior in 2008 with a medical assistant diploma. She is a clinical assistant at St. Luke's hospital and a program counselor at Trillium Services Inc. in Duluth.

The groom, a 1998 graduate of Adult Learning Center in Duluth, works in maintenance at Pinewood in Duluth and is a weekend recreation specialist at Trillium Services Inc.
