The Minnesota Wilderness got two goals from William Persson in a 6-3 win over the Minnesota Magicians Saturday in Cloquet.
The Wilderness took a 3-0 lead after Perssonās first goal early in the second period, but the Magicians cut into the lead with scores later in the period from Samuel Jacobs and Luke Delzer.
Perssonās second goal came midway through the third period and was the first of three over the next seven minutes that secured the win for the Wilderness.
Konrad Kausch had 30 saves for the Wilderness and Marina Rameriez had 33 for the Magicians.
