James and Karen Hansen
James and Karen Hansen of Cloquet will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary with a surprise open house from 2-5 p.m. Saturday in Scanlon Community Center.
James and the former Karen Leimer were married Sept. 6, 1985, in Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Cloquet.
Their children are Cassandra and Christopher Roemhildt of Duluth; Heather and Tyler East of Blaine, Minn.; Erica Hansen of Scanlon; and Brandon Hansen of Superior. They have four grandchildren.
James is retired. Karen is employed by the University of Minnesota Duluth.
