Rachel Hillman and John Vilsack IV, both of Woodbury, Minn., were married Sept. 7 at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas.
Her parents are Tom and Sandy Hillman of Duluth. His parents are Sarita Pearce of Chandler, Ariz., and the late John Vilsack III.
The bride chose Dawn Black as matron of honor. The groom chose John Ricker as best man.
The bride, a 1995 graduate of Duluth Central High School, graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, in 2000 with a master's degree in economics. She is a regional labor market analyst for the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development in St. Paul.
The groom, a 1995 graduate of Montour Hich School in McKees Rocks, Pa., is a network administrator for the House Boardshop in St. Paul.
