A Superior man faces a felony charge for firing a shot in the bar, and a second man who drew a gun but didn't fire during the incident is facing a misdemeanor charge.
Colton James Lurye, 28, pleaded no contest to one count of first-degree reckless homicide on Feb. 11. Pills he sold led to the death of a St. Louis County man, according to the criminal complaint.
This is the second homicide charge connected to a fatal overdose to be sentenced in Douglas County. There are four similar cases currently being prosecuted.
