A foursome of pop stars who took root about 30 years ago will perform at Bayfront Festival Park as part of the "I Love the 90s Tour." This year's lineup features Vanilla Ice, Coolio, Young MC and Rob Base, according to a news release from promoters Twin Ports Nightlife.
The concert is at 6 p.m. Sept. 3, and tickets are $30 at twinportsnightlife.com.
Vanilla Ice found fame with his song "Ice Ice Baby," which was the first hip-hop song to reach the top of Billboard charts. Coolio's hits include "Gangsta's Paradise" and "Fantastic Voyage." Young MC is behind the song "Bust a Move" and Rob Base, with DJ E-Z Rock, are best known for "It Takes Two."
