The Tweed Museum of Art is hosting an interactive event at the museum alongside artists Alison Aune and Wendy Savage as a tie-in to “Intersections,” an exhibition of contemporary Native American art by Minnesota artists.

Family Day is 1-3 p.m. Saturday at the museum on the University of Minnesota Duluth campus and is free and open to the public. There will be activities related to works by the featured artists: create recycled toy sculptures, practice quill straw weaving, paint a watercolor and more, according to a news release from the museum.
