What's billed as a community discussion on opioids in the community will take place from 5-7 p.m. Monday at Clyde Iron Works, 2920 W. Michigan St., according to an Essentia Health news release.
Presented by the Essentia Institute of Rural Health and Essentia Health Foundation, the free event is open to the public as well as to medical professionals interested in learning more about the opioid crisis locally. A reception and exhibits will take place from 5-5:45 p.m. followed by a panel discussion moderated by Dr. Joe Bianco, chairman of Essentia's Opioid Oversight Committee.
Complimentary appetizers and refreshments will be provided.
