After going missing from a Duluth group home for more than a month, 25-year-old Priscilla Joy Sohm has been located, safe and sound.

Sohm was reported missing from her group home on July 21.

Hermantown Police found Sohm Friday morning not far from Kings Creek Park. A concerned citizen had reported people camping in the area. Officers transported Sohm to a local hospital but said she appeared to be in good health.

Sohm has been diagnosed with mental health issues and is considered a vulnerable adult.

The St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office thanks the public for its assistance in locating Sohm.
