Duluth’s Strikepoint handbell ensemble performed in Växj', Sweden - Duluth’s sister city - during a two-week trip in August. The 11-member ensemble based at First United Methodist Church is comprised of community members, high school students and college students. The trip to Sweden was spurred by an exchange with Växj'’s Karl Oskar Choir, which performed in Duluth two summers ago. The choir and handbell ensemble performed together during at Växj'’s summer festival during the trip.
