A quarterly “Social Justice Social” held by the Duluth NAACP Young Adult Committee will be 5-7 p.m. Thursday at Duluth Cider in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Duluth.

The event is free and open to adults ages 21-40 who are interested in social justice.

The socials are a chance for people and organizations to network and share catered food from OMC Smokehouse, said an NAACP Duluth Branch news release on Friday.

“Oftentimes young folks don’t know where to start in social justice, so we hope events like this one will open the door for them,” said Terresa Moses, chair of the Young Adult Committee.
