* Toward Inc. hired Karen Arthur as marketing director, responsible for managing the company's expansion into ADA-compliant translations for health and human service providers in the U.S. She also will be responsible for the development of language and culture immersion classes in Duluth. Arthur was most recently director of the Foster Grandparent Program of Northeastern Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin.
