Tipped semitrailer on 'can of worms' temporarily closed parts of Interstate 35

A semitrailer hung over the side of a bridge in the “can of worms” Friday, May 15, in Duluth.

The semitrailer was traveling north on Interstate 535 toward U.S. Highway 53 when it lost its load at approximately 10:26 a.m., according to an incident report on the Minnesota State Patrol's website. No injuries were reported.

Parts of Interstate 35 North and U.S. Highway 53 North were closed afterward to remove the semitrailer and the load.
