Another fast food restaurant is looking to move in along London Road.

According to a posted zoning notice, plans are underway to build a Taco Bell with a drive-through at the corner of London Road and 21st Avenue East by Marvin Development IV, LLC. Currently at that location is an abandoned BP gas station, which closed in October 2017.

According to plans submitted to the Duluth Planning and Zoning Commission, the building will be one story and approximately 2,186 square feet with about a 4-foot setback from the London Road right-of-way and a 10-foot setback from 21st Avenue East.

Before Marvin Development IV, LLC can move forward, they must have a hearing and get approval from the planning and zoning commission. This development is scheduled to be taken up at 5 p.m. July 10 in the Duluth City Hall Council Chambers.
