Tom Hanson has leased a vacant space in Lincoln Park with plans to open a taco-bar-arcade hybrid. Taco Barcade, as he's calling it, will go into the corner spot on 19th Avenue West and West Superior Street.

Tentative date for completion: "Cinco de Mayo," the owner of Duluth Grill, OMC Smokehouse and Corktown Deli said during a recent visit to the former Little Caesar's Pizza space.

Plans are still in the early stages, but some of the decor is housed in the window of the former furniture store: vintage video games like Pac-Man. Hanson said he is planning on having a wall of arcade games that skew old-school.

Taco Barcade will be geared toward adults.

The tacos will come from the Corktown kitchen - located just a skateboard shop away. It's close enough for Hanson to consider the new space an extension of the deli.
