The 730-foot Algomarine is scheduled to arrive today to load iron ore pellets at the DM&IR docks. Launched in 1968 as the Lake Manitoba, the vessel received its current name in 1988. A self-unloading system was added to the stern of the Algomarine in 1989. The Algomarine is shown departing the Duluth entry on Aug. 7.
