Camera Plus: Camera app that has some features not found on some other camera apps, including the big button - which allows users to tap anywhere on the screen to take a photo, a countdown timer for self-portraits and the ability to crop images into a circle shape.
Hipstamatic: This is the most-mentioned app by the iPhone photographers. Hipstamatic gives photographs the appearance of having been taken on a vintage camera. Includes different lenses, films and flashes.
Instagram: Photo-based social network that allows users to apply filters and frames to a square Poloroid-like photograph, share with friends and accumulate "likes."
Photo fx: This app allows users to enhance images in a way that is likened to the work of a Hollywood cameraman and visual effects artist.

PhotoWizard: This is an editing tool in addition to being a way to add effects like saturation, blur, noise reduction, the ability to superimpose images and add text.
ProHDR: This app creates full-resolution photographs and includes filters and frames.
Slow Shutter Cam: This mimics a slow shutter speed found on a DSLR so users can show movement or create ghost images, accentuate light in dark areas, make light trails with fireworks or tail lights on a car
Snapseed: Allows uses to tweak photos, enhance specific areas of a photograph and add filters and frames.
