Now for sale: 229 bedrooms on the shores of Lake Superior.
Bluefin Bay in Tofte was recently put on the market for an undisclosed price as new owners are sought for the 35-year-old resort.
The original Bluefin Bay was built in 1984, with nearby Temperance Landing joining the “family of resorts” in 2006 and Surfside fully opened in 2015. Listing agent SVN Northco Real Estate Services describes the collection of lakeshore condominiums as a “trophy asset on the North Shore.”
The resort can accomodate a total of 704 guests and includes several dining options and a spa.
