Job fair coming to Duluth

The third annual Northland Job Fair will be 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday at the Radisson Hotel's Great Hall, 505 W. Superior St., in downtown Duluth.

With the slogan, "Where Opportunity Meets Talent," at least 45 vendors and employers from a wide range of industries will be on hand to meet job seekers. They include Amsoil, Halvor Lines, Allete, ME elecmetal, United HealthGroup and AAR Aircraft Services.

Personality assessments and resume critiques will be offered, as well as information on deaf and hard of hearing services available and demonstrations on how to use the state job bank website.

The fair job is organized by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development with the help of several sponsors. For more information, click here .
