Motorists will see traffic delays next week on Duluth's Grand Avenue in the area of 46th Avenue West.
Grand will be narrowed to one lane in each direction between 45th and 47th avenues west beginning Monday to allow for utility work for the CVS Pharmacy being built at Grand and 46th. The work will take approximately one week to finish.
