A public meeting on development plans for the Central Entrance and Miller Hill Mall area will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Duluth Heights Community Club, 33 W. Mulberry St., according to a city of Duluth news release.
The meeting, hosted by the city of Duluth planning division, will address construction options to enhance the area into a main street of Duluth Heights.
MXD Development Strategists have recommended a "suburban town center" that would mix retail, office space and residential into one pedestrian-friendly space, the release said.
Public input will be put into the final plan which will be presented to the city planning commission and the city council in August, the release said.
