The City of Duluth is asking Kenwood and Woodland residents and businesses to conserve water.
A water-main break required workers to shut off the Arlington pump station, the main feeder into the neighborhoods. Some residents and businesses are experiencing a water outage due to this shutoff. City staff is working to restore water to those businesses and residents currently without water by accessing an alternate pump station.
Water service is expected to be fully restored by early evening. If anyone experiences cloudy water when running the tap, the City recommends running cold water for several minutes to clear the pipes.
