DNT Video: Tug springs a leak

The tug was supposed to have ended the season breaking ice to help the Edwin H. Gott and Edgar B. Speer reach their winter berths. So last Friday the Edward H.'s crew tried the tug up at the Vista Fleet dock and called the commercial diving firm of P.J. Norick and Sons to patch a pencil-lead-sized rust hole that had developed beneath two-pumps in the tug's engine room.
