To qualify to become a Premier Service Diamond award winner, agents must receive a minimum 95 percent customer satisfaction rating.
- The League of American Bicyclists announced the Duluth YMCA, Continental Ski and Bike, Twin Ports Cyclery, Duluth Coffee Co., Barr Engineering, Aerostich, Ski Hut and Clyde Iron received the Bicycle Friendly Business designation. The LAB reported that businesses with the designation are taking steps to make bicycling to their business safer and more convenient for their employees and customers.

This program meets professional requirements for Rule 114 Qualified Neutral Status in Minnesota and Chapter 767 Family Mediator Status in Wisconsin. Garrett Gondik, Sherry LaFave, Stacey Rootes, Jessica Schubring and Andrea Yezek completed the Paralegal Certificate Program. This program prepares students to work as a paralegal, legal assistant and office support staff member in law firms, government agencies, private business or nonprofit organizations.
