In an email sent to its customers Thursday, Bed Bath & Beyond in Duluth announced a store closing sale. An employee at the location confirmed the store's closing, although they were uncertain about an exact closing date.

In July 2020, the company announced it planned to close 21% of its locations — approximately 200 — in the U.S. and Canada during the next two years.

While the Duluth store, located at 1303 Miller Trunk Highway, was not included in the initial round of closings, it is set to likely close by February.
