North Shore Bank Enhances Their Team with New Hires

North Shore Bank is pleased to announce Kevin Hagen has been recently hired in the role of Business Banker, Joe Johnson IV in the role of Insurance Relationship Manager, and Brett Rodenberg as a Retirement Planning Administrator.

Kevin Hagen is the newest addition to the Business Banking team at North Shore Bank. He is working with our business banking clients to help them experience growth and achieve their financial goals. Kevin’s background includes experience in business banking, commercial lending, and entrepreneurship. Kevin holds a degree in finance from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, and he is actively involved with multiple organizations that serve our community.

His practical experience coupled with his extensive knowledge of business operations make an excellent combination, and he is able to share that expertise directly with his clients,” said Brian Murphy, Chief Lending Officer for North Shore Bank.

Joe Johnson IV brings a wealth of experience to the growing North Shore Insurance agency. He has over 12 years of industry experience, and he is licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Joe earned a bachelor’s degree in sports/entertainment/event management from Johnson & Wales University. Shortly after college, he launched his career in the insurance industry, and he started his own insurance agency in 2017. Joe ran a full service agency up until late 2021 when he decided to join the North Shore Bank team and enhance their growing insurance agency.

His knowledge and attentive customer service skills will enhance our clients’ overall experience when determining the customized alignment of insurance products,” said Brenda Brannan, Executive Vice President.

Brett Rodenberg comes to North Shore Bank with financial planning experience from a nationally recognized firm where he assisted clients to help them reach their short-term and long-term financial goals. In his current role in the Retirement Solutions division, Brett focuses on investment management accounts and individual retirement accounts. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a bachelor’s degree in financial planning and professional sales.

“We are excited to have Brett join our team. We look forward to extending our reach, with regard to financial wellness in our community, by fostering and supporting our clients ongoing financial and retirement goals,” stated Brannan.
