National Bank of Commerce Adds Mark Emmel to Board of Directors


National Bank of Commerce (NBC) has added Mark Emmel to the National Bank of Commerce and NATCOM Board of Directors. NATCOM Bancshares, Inc. is the holding company for National Bank of Commerce and is committed to creating prosperity for every person and business that chooses to make this region home. Mark Emmel began his career in the hospitality industry in 1990. He is now a partner and vice president with Labovitz Enterprises, a Duluth, MN headquartered firm with interests in various businesses including Lion Hotel Group and First Properties. As president and chief operating officer of Lion Hotel Group, he is responsible for the management and operation of the Labovitz Hotels, operating as the Lion Hotel Group, and its Duluth, MN corporate office. Mark currently serves on the Miller-Dwan Foundation Board of Directors. He has been active in several professional and civic organizations including Rotary and the United Way. “The addition of Mark to our Board of Directors is a huge win for the bank.
