Essentia Health-St. Mary’s Medical Center is excited to welcome Dr. Anneliese Cuttle, an emergency room physician, to its team.
“I have family in Minneapolis, but I wanted to be near the water and my husband is an avid mountain biker,” Dr. Cuttle said. “We were drawn specifically to Duluth for its beautiful outdoor spaces and trails.”
Dr. Cuttle earned a medical degree at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Mo. She completed a residency in emergency medicine at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.
“I love the undifferentiated patient, and the variety and pace of the ER,” Dr. Cuttle said. “I firmly believe being a good listener and communicator is the most important aspect of being a physician.”
