Duluth, MN: Hanft Fride is pleased to announce that Cheryl M. Prince has been reappointed by the Minnesota State Supreme Court to serve a three-year term to the Minnesota Client Security Board, effective as of July 1, 2020, and expiring on June 30, 2023.

The Minnesota Client Security Board was established by the State’s Supreme Court in an effort to reimburse parties who suffer a loss due to dishonest attorney conduct. The volunteer board is comprised of a seven-members, consisting of five lawyers and two non-lawyers.
