The Duluth Technology Villages middle name has once again been reinforced with the addition of a new, technologically-advanced conference room on its Superior Street level that is open to the public.
The Leif Erickson Conference Room, in Suite 155, has HDMI connectivity to a 55" television, a projection screen, videoconference and conference call capabilities, dimmer lights and more. It is also equipped with modern furnishings, carpeting and artwork to provide a comfortable setting for up to 28 people.
"We developed this new conference room for businesses and other groups looking for a modern, affordable meeting place in a convenient downtown location," said Tiffany Hughes, Property/Leasing Manager of A&L Properties, which owns and operates the Duluth Technology Village. "We also provide catering, office supplies and even meeting facilitation services to make users experience as turnkey as they wish."
In addition to the Leif Erickson Conference Room, the Technology Village has four smaller conference rooms that accommodate from eight to 12 people.
